CoNetrix Speaks at San Antonio Area Banker’s Compliance Association June Meeting

CoNetrix was honored to attend the Quarterly Compliance Meeting of the San Antonio Area Banker’s Compliance Association. Russ Horn, the Chief Operations Officer of CoNetrix, was invited to present the topic: “Getting Ready for Your Next IT Exam”.

His presentation focused on the ever-expanding breadth of IT exams, and the fact that they now include: GLBA, Remote Deposit Capture, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, and Identity Theft (Red Flags), just to name a few. He also reviewed the top IT exam/audit findings and the session ended with a discussion of what financial institutions need to do to prepare for their next exams.

The meeting overall was a great success and it was wonderful to see many of our customers in attendance.

 

 

CoNetrix Attends IBAT Leadership Conference

CoNetrix attended the Independent Bankers Association of Texas Leadership Conference held June 16-18, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. The conference topics featured various leadership perspectives, including how technology affects the banking industry today. A highly motivating speech by 5-Time Olympic Medalist Josh Davis capped off the overall success of the conference.

Although the lazy river was constantly beckoning conference goers to its banks, the event was very well attended. Thank you to everyone who came by to visit the CoNetrix booth.

CoNetrix Attends Indiana Bankers Association Mega Conference

CoNetrix attended the Indiana Bankers Association's Mega Conference held May 23-25, 2011 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The conference was broken down into 11 different tracks, including a very informative section over Operations & Technology. A compelling keynote by Kirk Lippold, Inspirational Leader and Commander of the USS Cole, was the highlight of the event.

It was great to see the conference so well-attended with over 600 attendees. Thank you to all those who visited the CoNetrix booth.

CoNetrix Attends Texas Bankers Association Annual Convention

CoNetrix attended the Texas Bankers Association's 127th Annual Convention & Exposition held May 11-13, 2011 in Austin, TX. The conference featured nationally recognized keynote speakers and excellent entertainment. A Texas-sized thank you goes out to everyone who stopped by the CoNetrix booth. It was wonderful to see many of our customers.

CoNetrix Attends Tennessee Bankers Association Strategic Technology Conference

CoNetrix attended the 2011 Strategic Technology Conference sponsored by the Tennessee Bankers Association on April 26 - 27 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The conference featured excellent sessions on the use of social media in banking and how to improve efficiency with technology.

CoNetrix was invited to speak at the Independent Community Bankers Association of New Mexico 2011 Strategic Technology and Operations Conference April 26 and 27 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Russ Horn presented “Social Networking: Functionality vs. Compliance” and moderated the “IT Breakout” session, while Ed McMurray presented a compelling session on Mobile Banking. CoNetrix attended the 2011 ICBA Techworld sponsored by the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) on March 19th and 20th in San Diego, California. The convention attracted community bankers and industry leaders from all over the nation. The ICBA National Convention and TechWorld is known as the largest community banking industry event in the nation and features more vendors than any other bank association tradeshow.
