Current Opportunities

CoNetrix is seeking a Network Administrator/Systems Administrator with three or more years of hands-on experience in, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise networking systems using Microsoft and Cisco technologies. Experience with VMWare virtualization, Remote Desktop Services, or Citrix is preferred. Current Microsoft or Cisco certification(s) is a plus.

Must be customer service oriented, have a pleasant and professional demeanor, and ability to work effectively within a team environment to resolve issues. Positions for Network Administrator/Systems Administrator are available in the Lubbock office, Midland/Odessa and to Texas remote workers.

The suitable candidate must be a person of integrity and high personal values who is organized, self-motivated and dependable. A high level of accountability is critical.

CoNetrix is seeking a Network Administrator/Systems Administrator with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise networking systems using Microsoft and Cisco technologies.

This position is for a remote employee. The suitable candidate must be a person of integrity and high personal values who is organized, self-motivated and dependable. A high level of accountability is critical. The candidate will provide space, environment and furnishings for a home office, along with high-speed Internet service. All equipment is provided by CoNetrix.

At a minimum, this job requires an 8 to 9 hour work day with the following activities performed safely with or without reasonable accommodations:

  • Operating a computer (typically involves sitting, viewing monitor, hearing audio, and typing) at a desk in a stationary position at least 70% of the time
  • Using a telephone in such a manner to clearly understand and explain technical problems and solutions
  • Walking frequently
  • Positioning self as needed to work around and beneath office desks or with data center equipment racks or shelves
  • Operating a motor vehicle to provide safe transport to customer business locations
  • Routinely moving 15-25 lbs. to a height of 3-4 feet

About the Position

As part of the Tandem team, a Tandem Support Specialist is expected to support the software in a variety of ways. This includes traditional forms of support, like helping customers over the phone or via email, but it also includes things like supporting the sales team by assisting with demonstrations or brainstorming new solutions and features with the development team.

At its heart, this position is about creative problem solving, so if you have an interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning, this position would be an excellent place to get your foot in the door of the information security industry.

This includes displaying expert knowledge about information security and the Tandem products to assist other Tandem Support team members with questions and complex solutions.

For over 40 years, nQativ has been developing accounting software for medium-sized businesses in various industries. Our ActivityHD product consists of multiple modules including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, purchasing, bank reconciliation, and payroll.

Currently, we are seeking persons for a hybrid role (customer-service and software-development) with team located in Lubbock, Texas. On any given day, this role might involve any of the following activities:

  • Corresponding with customers via email and telephone
  • Working within our support team to collaboratively help customers

  • Experience with object-oriented development (C++, C#, Delphi, Java, etc.)
