AspireRecovery can be deployed using one of the following options:
Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) option, which includes:
Daily managed and monitored backups to the Aspire Cloud using Veeam's secure Cloud Connect technology. A VPN is not required.
Data retention is based on storage used. Default configuration is three recovery points.
Local backup can be configured at no additional cost if used in combination with the cloud backup.
A 24-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO) for all systems.
One recovery test per customer per year.

The following definitions apply:
Recovery Point Objective (RPO) — The maximum duration of time the customer will experience data loss if a file or server recovery is needed.
Recovery Time Objective (RTO) — The maximum duration of time within which CoNetrix will restore customer servers and data after a declared disaster event.
Optional services available under a separate agreement (not included in monthly hosting agreement):
Installation and maintenance of hardware or software at the customer location to support AspireRecovery
Telecommunications connectivity at the customer location. Customers should have a minimum of 5 Mb/s of Internet upload bandwidth capacity.
Review, design, or implementation of business continuity policies and procedures
CoNetrix has successfully completed a SOC 1 Type 2 review, conducted based on SSAE18 requirements, of all
Aspire cloud hosting services. These independent audits are conducted annually to ensure the security of
sensitive information and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
