Data-Entry (Part-time)

About the Position

Do you have an eye for details, are organized, and like to solve puzzles. If so, CoNetrix is looking for a person to work part-time (schedule can be flexible) to help us with sales and customer data entry. Our top candidate will be efficient, accurate, and have a can-do spirit.

CoNetrix companies reach out to prospective customers via conferences, webinars, and sales campaigns. Our products and services attract a lot of interest and information. We must capture this data to be sure we know how to help these people and their companies.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will keep things running smoothly by:

  • Organizing and planning a process for data entry
  • Processing records in a timely manner
  • And while prior experience isn't required, familiarity with administrative, clerical, and office management roles will be helpful

Skills and Requirements

  • You love to organize. “A place for everything and everything in its place,” may be your mantra. You know where or how to find whatever you need.
  • You like computer work and, for you, finding your way around software is intuitive and fun.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • You are a self-starter.
  • You are at home with data entry duties of creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • You are able to work in our main office in Lubbock, Texas.
