About the Position

As part of the Tandem team, a Senior Tandem Support Specialist is expected to be a leader and resource for the Tandem Support team members. So, if you have a history in information security, technology, leadership, and Tandem products, this position would provide an excellent opportunity for you to use and enhance your expertise. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

Here are some examples of what you could expect to do as part of this position:

  • Perform the tasks of a Tandem Support Specialist, including:
    • Assist customers with their questions and provide answers via phone or email.
    • Present the Tandem products in marketing demonstrations.
    • Manage customer account setups and perform other data research projects.
    • Work with Quality Assurance to test software functionality.
    • Write software update blog posts and knowledge base articles.
    • Provide input on new features.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
    • Research and learn about information security and technology.
  • Outline new feature specifications.
  • Assist Tandem Support Specialists as they help with customer questions.
  • Present all Tandem products in training demonstrations.
  • Proof and approve software update blog posts and knowledge base articles.
  • Research new regulations and guidance relating to Tandem products.
  • Share knowledge about information security and technology through conference sessions and publications.

  • You live in Lubbock, Texas or the surrounding area. This position is at our main office in Lubbock.
