CoNetrix attended the 2012 Bank Technology Conference sponsored by the Kansas Bankers Association on February 13-14 in Wichita, Kansas. The conference was another success! Topics covered various areas of security, technology, and regulatory requirements. Breakout sessions provided more in-depth information on managing risk and business continuity, utilizing social media, and making specific technology solutions work for financial institutions.
At the conference, CoNetrix presented a session called "New Multi-authentication Guidelines" that covered the FFIEC guidance released in June 2011. Russ Horn, President of CoNetrix, spoke about the minimum control expectations and elements needed in an institution’s customer awareness and education program.
During the exhibitor showcase, CoNetrix had a cash drawing. Congratulations to Sue McClain at Osage Federal Bank, the lucky winner of $100!
