Chris serves as the Network Administrator for internal CoNetrix network operations and as a senior engineer for the CoNetrix Aspire cloud infrastructure. He has long had a passion for technology and innovation, which continues to grow considerably during his work. Chris earned his B.B.A. in Management Information Systems at Texas Tech University while working for CoNetrix as an Intern and became a full-time engineer following graduation.
Since 2005, he has helped lead the deployment, support, and continuing maintenance of new and existing technologies at CoNetrix. Chris's passion with technology has allowed him to become a subject matter expert in topics related to patch management, email deliverability, virtualization, backups, and DNS. That said, like most other IT professionals, Chris hates printers.
In addition to his technical prowess, Chris has long worked with the Goin' Band from Raiderland at Texas Tech – shooting video and taking photos of their performances at each of the games while enjoying their music. He also plays in the basketball band, as an alumnus, while the students are home over the Christmas break.
