About the Position
The Technology Sales Support role is a vital link between CoNetrix Technology and our current and future customers for our Aspire and Technology Services. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Also, a knowledge of information technology, network architecture, and server hosting is required. A college degree is preferred.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients and company
  • Maintain open and smooth communication paths with clients, account representatives, and company
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Maintaining licensing and hardware/software agreements for customers
  • Identify customer needs and advocate customer concerns to internal teams
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, technology, information security, and network architecture
