We are looking for a puzzle pro. Someone who can bring together all the pieces of people, systems, and scheduling for the service engagements between CoNetrix Technology and our customers.
Since 1994, some remarkably skilled professionals have been studying, designing, installing, minding, and protecting information technology (IT) systems for CoNetrix Technology customers. Our goal is for IT to help our customers do their work better and easier. This spirit of friendly and extreme service is the catalyst for our growing business. We have more loyal customers, more innovative services, and more IT options than ever.
Members of our Technology Customer Service team are the first and vital link to our customers. As a Customer Service/Project Manager you will communicate with customers each day to gather the information needed to document and assign technology tasks to CoNetrix Engineers. For big jobs, you will be working with customers, CoNetrix account managers and engineers to plan, schedule, and facilitate IT projects.
Interested? Here is what we are looking for:
You like people and want to help them. You have the emotional intelligence needed to get along with people. Beyond being likable and pleasant, your goal will be to help our customers and engineers get together to avoid or solve IT problems.
You love to organize. You enjoy creating a place for everything and putting everything in its place. Your closets and cabinets are sorted and arranged. You know where or how to find whatever you need.
You are good at listening, speaking, and writing. Yes, accurate and effective communication is essential for this position.
IT intrigues you. You don’t have to know how to configure access tables on a network firewall, but you know, or don’t mind learning, the technology lingo and processes needed to organize and communicate IT projects.
Learning new stuff makes you smile. New people, new equipment, new solutions, etc. all energize you.
You are a self-starter. No one will find you playing on your phone while you wait for someone to tell you what to do next. Instead you explore, learn, discover, and share fresh ideas to make CoNetrix Technology even better.
Icing on the cake. If you have a college degree and two or more years of experience working in the technology industry, you will have a head start on other candidates.
