Leticia was born with an urge to solve difficult problems which led to her earning a B.A. and M.A. in Mathematics, but her passion is to help others achieve their goals and become better versions of themselves.  She served at CoNetrix as the Tandem Software Support Manager for several years where she built and directed a team of support specialists, and she recently changed positions to Executive Assistant where she can put her skills and passions to work on corporate projects and employee care.  In her free time, she enjoys mentoring college students, teaching young children to read, and solving jigsaw puzzles.

Brady has more than 15 years of professional experience in software development, information security, network management, database administration, and technical support. He led the initial design and development of the Tandem software project for CoNetrix.  He currently serves as the Vice President of Tandem. Brady holds a B.B.A. degree in Computer Information Systems from West Texas A&M University and an M.S.B.A. degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.

Ed serves as the Assistant Director of CoNetrix Security, providing information security and cybersecurity services. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.S. in Information Systems Security, and served four years as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Air Force. Ed’s passion for technology has followed many paths, including sysop of a bulletin board system (BBS), running a mini-network in the desert, network and security admin, IT auditor, and technology history enthusiast. Ed takes pride in being a husband, father, and son.
