About the Position

The Tandem Partner Relations Manager is responsible for all aspects of the value-added reseller program. This includes recruiting new partners, ensuring they have needed resources and training, and serving as their advocate. At its heart, this position is about relationships, so if you have an interest in technology, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others, this position would be an excellent place for you.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Here are some examples of what you could expect to do as part of this position:

  • Develop and implement an effective reseller/partner recruitment strategy.
  • Proactively work to identify and onboard new resellers/partners.
  • Present the Tandem products in marketing demonstrations to prospective resellers/partners.
  • Provide ongoing training, monitoring and management of resellers’/partners’ performance.
  • Identify potential reseller/partner needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders including; sales, marketing, development, support, and sister companies.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
