Register for A Quick Look at New York's First-in-the-Nation Cybersecurity Regulation

On February 16th, the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) released the first-in-the-nation Cybersecurity Regulation, dubbed 23 NYCRR 500. The new guidance comes out of an effort to protect New York’s financial services industry and consumers from the ever-growing threat of cyber-attacks. The new regulation went into effect on March 1, 2017. In this 30-minute session, CoNetrix presented an overview of the regulation and discussed key action items.
